Receptionist      : Good afternoon. May i help you?
Guest                : yes of course. I am in room 158. I have been really annoyed with my room.
Receptioist        : I really sorry to hear that, Ms. What exactly has been happening, Ms. Ieda?
Guest                : I have problem. My bathroom door can’t lock when I would take a bath and the door always open itself.
Receptionist      : oh I see.
Guest                : I’ve telephoned the receptionist, she answered my call and she said to wait until the plumber came. But until now, nobody came to fix the door.
Receptionist      : I am very sorry about it, Ms. Ieda. So your problem are your bathroom door can’t lock and always open itself.
Guest                : yes, is this hotel can’t handle the easy problem like this? Can I talk to your Supervisor?
Receptionist      : certainly Ms. Ieda. Could I just call my Supervisor? Would you wait for a moment, please?
Guest                : yes, but hurry up, please.
Supervisor         : good afternoon, Ms. Ieda. I’ve heard about your complain from the receptionist. I do really apologize fot the inconvience about your problem. I have been called our plumber, but in the same time our plumber still repaire another. Be patient and wait a moment, please. They will come in 5 minutes.
Guest                : Alright, thanks.
Supervisor         : Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Ms. Ieda. Have a nice day.
